1st articles for the 8th issue

the final drafts of your first articles are due on Wednesday.

Your first drafts of your second articles are due on Thursday.  They should be submitted to your section leader and I should be cc'd so that I can give you credit in teacherease.

I'd like to remind everyone that current events make up assignments are now due... you must complete 8 assignments.

Please email your drafts to your section leaders and cc me so you can get credit.  You are all responsible for graphics and/or pics for your pieces so consider what you want with  your spreads.

Post your ideas for your 8th issue articles

Wide coverage is necessary, so think outside the box... what haven't we covered this year and how we can do a this year in review kind of thing...

For example:
Maybe we want to cover highlights from each discipline - talk to teachers about trips, projects or special activities.

Can't wait to see what you come up with

8th issue

Requirements for 8th issue from all students -

You will be writing an article for every section in last issue of the paper, but not all of what you write will go in.

When you are writing your news articles, please submit them to me and Livianette Cabrera (she will be giving you feedback) livianette.cabrera@wjps.org

When you are writing feature articles, please submit them to me and Sarah Bianchi at Sarah.bianchi@wjps.org

When writing entertainment articles, please submit them to Georgina  at gpapazafiropoulos@wjps.org

When writing opinion articles, please submit them to Anastasia at anastasia.papis@wjps.org

When writing sports articles, please submit them to Lisa at lisamarie.ludford@wjps.org

Deadlines:
You will write one article at a time... you may not move on to the next article until you complete the process with each
1st article - 1st draft due - April 7th

1st article - final draft due - April 14th
